Title, legal standing, and structural integrity — confirmed externally. Not by us. The independence of the verification is the point. It protects you from the conflict of interest that exists when an agent checks their own listings.
You will not receive a catalogue. You will not be taken on a tour of the market. We present one or two properties that are correct for you, at this moment, for this decision. If none of our current collection is the right fit, we will tell you so. Presenting the wrong property would waste your time and compromise our standard.
